Frequently asked questions

What does zero-overprice assignment mean?

Assignment (التنازل) transfers an installment unit's contract from its current owner to a new buyer with developer approval. Zero overprice means the seller receives exactly what they paid the developer — no markup. The buyer continues the remaining installments at the old contract price.

Why would a seller accept no profit?

Because the alternative is far worse: returning the unit typically costs 10–15% of the TOTAL unit price, with the remainder refunded over years. Zero-over assignment returns all their money in cash — fast, because their price is the best offer in the market.

What does the buyer gain?

The unit at an old contract price, far below today's developer price, continuing normal installments. That difference is their gain from signing day — without paying anyone overprice.

How do I know the numbers are real?

Before any opportunity appears, we review the original contract and payment receipts and confirm the remaining balance and assignment terms. Every figure carries a label showing whether it is document-verified or estimated.

What are your fees and when?

Seller: zero — completely free, you won't pay a pound. Buyer: 1.25% of the contract value, and only on successful assignment completion. If the transfer doesn't complete for any reason, nobody pays a fee, and there are no hidden charges.

Is there privacy if I don't want anyone to know I'm selling?

Yes — choose the private listing: your unit never appears publicly; we show it only to verified, matching buyers in full confidentiality.

Who prepares the assignment process?

We prepare your complete assignment file and guide you through every required step — from the balance statement to the signing appointment — staying with you until you're paid and receive the completion file. The official signing and dealings with the developer happen in your name and presence; our role is preparation and follow-through.

What if I have overdue installments?

We include them in the assessment and clarify who settles them within the deal terms (usually the buyer as part of their cash requirement). What matters is acting early, before default procedures escalate.

Do you work with brokers?

No. We deal directly with the unit's owner, and directly with the end buyer. The platform exists so the buyer gets the old contract price with no overprice — an intermediary in the middle adds a margin and removes the very reason people come to us. Broker requests are turned down.
