Aqar Exit is a brokerage and transaction-services platform for assigning installment-based property contracts. The platform is not a developer and is not a party to the original unit contract.

All figures shown before document verification are indicative, based on common market patterns, and are not a promise of outcome or legal advice. Final results depend on your actual contract and developer approval.
Fees
The platform fee is zero for the seller and 1.25% for the buyer of the assigned contract value, due only on successful completion, disclosed before any commitment.
Limitation of liability
The platform exercises due care in verifying documents and data, but developer approval and the parties' decisions remain outside its control. The platform is not liable for decisions taken outside the scope of the service.
